Too many cooks spoil the broth? Not if those cooks are some of the most talented chefs in Thailand and beyond, all in the same place, at the same time, working in unison to deliver an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The third edition of Esenzi INTERSECTION culinary series, brings together seven world class chefs to cook up an unforgettable menu, and raise funds for a worthy cause.
Taken separately, each of the chefs invited to join INTERSECTION 003, is a household name in his region, country and beyond. On the bill for the night is Tim Butler from Esenzi, Dylan Jones & Duangporn ‘Bo’ Songvisava from Bo.Lan, Richie Lin from Mume, Jamie Wakeford from Bampot, Jimmy Ophorst from PRU, Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn from Le Du and one very special mystery chef who is yet to be revealed. A meal prepared by any chef from that list, is bound to be exceptional, but bring them together, and you get more than a sum of their talents, you get a magnificent seven.
Together they will present an eco-friendly and sustainable menu that highlights the consciousness each of them takes in their daily approach to cooking. Seven personalities, seven unique culinary styles, combined into one, unforgettable dining experience. And those lucky enough to be able to try this globally influenced and diverse menus, will enjoy it knowing that they are supporting a worthy cause.
That’s because all profits raised from the dinner will go to the newly opened Phuket Elephant Sanctuary – a first centre of its kind in Phuket. The sanctuary provides a haven for injured, sick and retired elephants and a sustainable alternative to the profit driven tourism industry based on animal exploitation.

The ticket price of 10,000 THB net includes a ten course tasting menu, bespoke beverage pairing, return transport from Laguna, Phuket and donation to Phuket Elephant Sanctuary.
