And that’s what Chef Rossarin and her team from The Sukhothai Bangkok’s famed Thai restaurant Celadon have done with their recommendation of six popular dishes, carefully selected from previous highlights of the month special menus. This presents an exclusive opportunity for all Thai cuisine lovers to experience the truly authentic flavours of rare Thai recipes, prepared and cooked in original Thai style, so rarely found in Thai restaurants nowadays.

  • KHAO KEAPP PAAK MOR BOLAN: Steamed Rice Dumpling, filled with Prawns, Shimeji Mushrooms flavoured with Garlic-Coriander roots & Pepper
  • KANOM JEEN NAAMYAA POO: Fermented Rice Noodle in Yellow Cumin Curry Sauce Alaskan King Crab Meat, served with edible flowers
  • NAAM PRIK LONG RUEA: Fragrant Chili Dipping Sauce of Shrimp Paste, Fresh Garlic and Bird’s Eye Chilies Served with Sweet Pork, Dried Shrimps and Salted Egg
  • PANAENG NUEA HOR BAITONG YAANG: Grilled Dried Curry of Australian Beef in Banana Leaves.
  • PLAHIMA MOK NAI KRABOK MAIPAI: Baked Marinated Snow Fish Fillet with Fresh Thai Aromatic Herbs in Green Bamboo

Celadon opens daily for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and for dinner from 18:30 to 23:00. Classical Thai Dancing is performed daily at 20:00 and 21:00.
