Father and son are joining forces for one of a kind dining event at Bangkok’s renowned J’AIME restaurant. In just one week, on January 19, two Michelin Star holders for more than 40 years at La Côte Saint Jacques in Burgundy, Chef Jean-Michel Lorain together with his father Michel Lorain will offer a bespoke 8-course dinner.
Some dished on the menu that nigh include Caviar Floating Island, Roasted Lamb Fillet and Rose Ice Cream in Crystallized Rose Petals. Each dish will be accompanied by fine French wine.
